Position Overview: We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the position of Landscape Worker. The ideal candidate will either possess relevant landscaping skills or be enthusiastic about learning and developing a career in the landscaping industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in creating and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Responsibilities:

1. Landscape Installation and Maintenance:
   • Assist in the installation of various landscaping elements such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features.
   • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mulching.
2. Equipment Operation:
   • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with a team of landscaping professionals to execute projects efficiently and meet quality standards.
   • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a collaborative and positive work environment.
4. Customer Interaction:
   • Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner while on job sites.
   • Address client concerns and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
   • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
